Your healing - Your pace - Braver days ahead

You don’t have to keep struggling on your own
Braver Days is about quiet courage—the kind it takes to meet yourself honestly, sit with what hurts, and choose something different.
It’s a space that honours the truth that healing can’t be forced or fixed from the outside. It’s grown, from within. And that takes bravery. Not all at once. Not all the time. Just enough to take the next small step, in your own way.
This is for the ones who’ve carried a lot. Who are ready to lay some of it down. And finally, begin to lead themselves forward.
To be guided to connect with their own inner resources, make peace with what was, and step gently into what could be.
Because healing isn’t about being fixed—it’s about being met, so you can flourish, in your own way.
Take your first brave step
Braver Days offers person-centred, trauma-informed counselling for those adults who are struggling with their mental health, those feeling anxious, low, stressed or overwhelmed as well as those who've experienced trauma, loss or difficult relationships.
The approach isn’t about quick fixes or judgement.
It’s about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s really going on — at your own pace — and begin to rediscover who you truly are underneath the pain. Please see my About page for more details of my approach.
The goal is to help you live a more fulfilled, balanced and connected life - one that feels calm, real and yours again.
Let's talk about how counselling can help you begin to find yourself again.

You deserve to feel whole again
Maybe you've been feeling anxious, stressed or depressed - or finding it difficult to cope after a bereavement or trauma.
Perhaps your thoughts are racing, your sleep is broken, or your relationships are beginning to suffer,
You might be trying to hold everything together on the outside, whilst inside you feel like you're falling apart.
You're not alone and you don't have to face this by yourself.
You don’t have to keep surviving.
You can start living again.
There is hope - and it starts with one brave step.
